*All cheerleaders & Parents, please read the below South Elgin Patriots code of conduct and the Bill George code of conduct. Both need to be signed and turned into Jean Cheloni or Kelly Gnadt at registration.

*Due to the length of the SE code of conduct, you need only to print & sign the last page.
