CPAC
( Coaches & Parents Advisory Committee )
CPAC was created to help coaches & parents with different situations throughout the season.
If you are having a problem with a coach, parent, or are aware of a saftey hazard, CPAC is there to help.
Has your child's coach or a parent done an amazing job this season. CPAC want to hear about it.

All emails will be kept completly confidential.
All incidents must go through CPAC in order to be resolved. Our CPAC committee takes every email seriously and will investigate every issue thouroughly.
The decision of our CPAC committe is final and can not be overruled by the Executive board.

OUR COMMITTMENT
1. Inspire and encourage our youth participants, regardless of sex, race, creed or color; and to bring area youths closer together through common interests, fellowship and athletic competition
2. Strive to coach fundamentals, skills and rules related to football and cheer, as well as sportsmanship, team work, self-discipline, self-esteem, respect, physical fitness and leadership
3. Promote the development of leadership, character, sportsmanship, tolerance, friendship, discipline and athletic ability
4. Encourage adults to behave in an exemplary manner by demonstrating respect and courtesy, and to provide positive support, care and encouragement to each and every youth participant
5. Keep the health, safety and welfare of each youth participant as our first priority, free from any adult compulsions for power, glory or personal desire to win
6. Help youth participants to develop a lifelong love of the game of football, cheer, and sports in general
