What do I need to do to volunteer?
SEYF is run completely by volunteers, there are no paid positions. The success of the organization depends on having volunteers to keep this running smoothly. We need you!
We use a points system, and for each participant you will need to complete 10 points.
To sign up for volunteer times, you MUST complete this on our website so that your points can be recorded accurately.
When you arrive to volunteer, you must also sign in at concessions.
Points System:
Concession Stand = 5 pts. Volunteer will be assigned to either the game either before or after their child’s home game.
The complete time of volunteer coincides with the game you are have volunteered for.
If you can’t make your assigned time, it is your responsibility to exchange your time with another family from your team.
Chain Gang = 2.5 pts. All home teams are responsible to providing a 3 member chain gang team in order for the game start. Volunteers stand on home side with the down markers.
